"We have been with this company for over a year. No claims on our records. No new cars. Our insurance has gone up every month since our new policy arrived a few months ago.. Just got a bill today that our student discount has been removed, even though they have documentation of grades. They may have saved us money at first, but, now a year in and we get a different cost every month. Even spoke with someone last month. She was going to "try and save us some money" and it was supposed to go down, instead its up 41.00 more dollars this month. WATCH OUT! UPDATE: 1st time I've ever received a call from Michael Davidson in the year plus that I've been with this company. All because I'm letting the public know what they do, or don't do! This is absolutely about THIS office, not insurance rates worldwide. 1. Signed up with this company, had my policy amount and monthly rate done within a few days of signing up with this company. NEVER had an amount change monthly for the first year. My monthly payment stayed the same as what my policy said it would be. 2. New policy came in. Was given a rate for 6 months, the next month a few days before my auto-payment, I am told that my rate will go up. Called and they were going to "get my price down". (this was a month ago). My call from Michael Davidson today, after my review, was that my policy rate was " going to go down and they will back date the change once it goes through" . Even though I talked to them a month ago about this. 3. They have my childs' grades, which received a good driver rate . They took off this discount in January and did not let me know. Should never have been taken off. They do not care about you after you are signed up FIRST YEAR.....NO ISSUES WATCH YOUR POLICIES AFTER THAT, YOU'LL SEE WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT."
